Strength & Speed Class!

Like to run, but looking for a little motivation and structure when it comes to speed work, drills, and hills? This class is for you! 

Join us on the UWS in Central Park as we progress through a variety of workouts to help you improve your strength, speed, and race times.

Note: Class structure assumes ability to run 3-5 miles comfortably.  Recommended base of 10-15 miles per week of running.

Winter Session: January 4 - March 22, 2017 (12  weeks)

Wednesdays, 6:30pm - Central Park, UWS

$125 for all class sessions.  

Fees are nonrefundable.
