Your First 5k - A 12 Week Online Training Program


Finish your first 5k with an online private coach!

Intended for brand new runners or those who have taken time off, this carefully designed program focuses on helping you to develop good fitness routines and healthy habits.  This program starts when you're ready to begin and follows a continuous 12 weeks.  Allowing 12 weeks to build up to 5k gives your body ample time to adjust to running and helps keep you healthy so you can stay on track to meet your goal!  It is strongly recommended to sign up for a 5k at the end of your program to help maintain your focus and motivate you throughout your training!  Once you do a race, you'll be hooked! :)

How it works:

With an online training plan, you run on your schedule.  We'll ask you to commit to three runs each week, but those runs can be at your convenience.  

You'll receive a weekly email with your run workouts and suggested cross training activities to help boost your fitness and maintain balances in your strength.

Coach available online to answer your questions, help you be accountable, and advise about cold weather running gear and appropriate running shoes if needed.

Begin anytime! Once you begin your program, it follows a continuous 12 week sequence.  Because it is cumulative, there are no holds, breaks, or pauses.  Fees are nonrefundable.
