A twice weekly coached running program available on a monthly basis. Class includes two runs each week, and a weekly informational email with suggested weekly mileage. Class and workouts adjust seasonally to help athletes prepare for major NYC races, like the NYC Half Marathon, Brooklyn Half Marathon, and NYC Marathon. Lower mileage workouts available for those not wishing to run longer distance.
