Private In-Person Coaching
In person private sessions involve working specifically on your goals. We'll work together to figure out where you are and where you'd like to be. Then we'll develop a plan tailored to you to help get you there, and I'll be with you every step of the way.
Private sessions are $60/hr and are normally 1 hour in length. For students consistent with at least one session per week, there are no additional training plan fees.

I hold a twice weekly ongoing group class, serving athletes at a variety of points in their journey. Monday evenings are a social run of 3-5 miles, and Wednesdays are workout days. Workouts include hills, short power intervals, and speed endurance intervals, depending on the needs of the group. (Runs longer than 4 miles always have a shorter option for anyone who needs it.)
Classes are both social and focused because the best way to stick with something is to know it's going to be fun!

Remote coaching is a great option for athletes who have unpredictable schedules, like to do workouts on their own, or live farther away. We'll work together to determine your current level of training and your goals, and craft a plan to help get you there. Through the wonders of technology, we'll communicate regularly about your training, and use internet-based software to review performance data and make adjustments where needed. I'm always a phone call, text, or email away.
Remote coaching is a flat fee of $150/month. Monthly athletes also have the option of private sessions at a reduced rate of $50/hr.
In efforts to help all individuals and organizations be healthy and encourage healthy living among staff, corporate programs are available. I am happy to work with you and your organization to develop a program that meets the needs and interests of the staff. Through partnerships with other fitness professionals, programming for corporate programs can and may include in-office fitness classes (including but not limited to yoga and pilates) and access to wonderful massage therapists and nutrition counseling professionals. Suggestions include weekly lunch-time yoga and weekly evening or lunch-time run. Rates vary based on services included, number of participants, and class structure.
Group Runs + Tours
Running tours are a great way to explore the city! Coming to visit or working with a group who is? Take a running tour -and get in your miles and some quality sightseeing! Destinations and durations fully customizable.
$15/per person* with a minimum of 10 people
*Runs of duration longer than 90minutes incur additional charge.
